You have a realistic view of life and of your projects. You are meticulous, refusing to rest until you’ve found the optimal solution to a problem. As the axis point between a variety of stakeholders (supply chain, quality, etc.), you are always in control. You are flexible and know how to find order in chaos. You are hands-on. You are always on top of the newest developments. Each day, you push things just a little bit further.

As well as these skills, you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
